: : The Mai Tai newsletter never featured an article on the late, great Kon Tiki, which used to be located in Montreal's Sheraton-Mount Royal Hotel. The Kon Tiki, the first restaurant in Stephen Crane's Kon Tiki chain, was open from 1958 to 1981. : :
